How do you get kids to read the newspaper? It's News To Me Newsflash! Cards™ - a fresh, exciting
approach to introducing or reinforcing current events. Each (2½"X3½") card features
a question focusing on aspects of the daily newspaper. The set of fifty five (55) cards opens avenues for
discussion about today's events. After reading each Press Pass card, search the newspaper for the
most accurate answer. Explore an array of topics in the news on a journey from the front page, to the
sports section, comics, editorials, business section, advertisements, features, photos and classified
ads. The Newsflash! Cards™ provide hours of enjoyment for one or more players at home, in the classroom
or on vacation. Just right anywhere you go, when you pick up the newspaper and play!

In addition to the Q&A value of the Newsflash! Cards™, here's one more way to enjoy It's
News To Me!™ - play the NEWSWORTHY GAME. Players spell the word N-E-W-S with the
letters found on the Press Pass Cards. The letters can be found in a special box on the
question side of the Press Pass Card. When playing the game, the first player to correctly
spell N-E-W-S is the winner.
· Shuffle cards and place question side down on the playing surface.
· Draw the top card from the deck, read the question from the Press Pass Card and
then search the newspaper for the answer.
· Keep the Press Pass Card and collect all the letters in the word N-E-W-S.
· The first player to spell the word N-E-W-S wins.
